For families, a high chair and private cot are available on request; let us know if you need them prepared. The communal garden offers tranquility, and you have access to a shared heated outdoor pool and a children’s pool. There are 2 pools: one open year-round and another available in summer (July to September), both from 11:00 to 20:00. There’s also an outdoor shower and a private barbecue. You can park in 2 private garage spaces or on the street. The property has step-free access and is close to public transport and the beach. Beach towels are provided, and there’s a shared storage room for bicycles. A tennis court is 15 minutes’ walk away. Events are not allowed on the property. Just a 10-minute drive away, you’ll find a coastal promenade with sea views and restaurants. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee.
